Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

When will my order ship?

Due to government mandates causing businesses to pause operation orders are processing slower than usual. We thank you for your patience and understanding.  

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Unless the product you order is marked as pre-sale or pre-order, the shipping times are as follows:

Pendants: 5 to 12 business days
Metal prints: 1 - 2 week
Canvas prints, posters, and clothing: 4 - 7 weeks

All products are custom made on demand meaning that they are not produced until an order comes in.

In the United States, all of our orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS. 

You will receive an order confirmation via email after you have placed your order. Please note that orders from Sunsym.com are processed in the order we receive them.  Also, please check your spam folder before considering that you never received an order confirmation. Oftentimes, your order confirmation is sitting in your spam folder.

When am I charged for my order?

You are charged for your order at check-out. Since we are a small business, we are not able to hold payments and charge once an order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number as soon as we have one for your purchase.

Where do you ship from?

We ship our jewelry orders from New Jersey, and most of our clothing and print orders from other parts of the USA, depending on where it is being printed. If you are an international shopper, your order may ship from our facility in Europe or Asia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note that Sunsym Studio, LLC is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees placed on international shipments.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package?

In the rare case that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company located within the email you received with said tracking information. Once a package’s status is updated to “Delivered,” there’s nothing we can do as the sender to help locate it.  Sunsym Studio is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by USPS, UPS or any other mail carrier used to ship your item. We are also not liable for theft at your destination, but we will do what we can to help in the event of a lost or stolen package.

Can I apply a discount retroactively?

No.

Can I return my purchase? 

All products are custom made and therefore all sales are final. 

What if the product I receive is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
